This hour-long presentation will walk you through field care, butchering and storage tips, through how best to cook the various parts of the big game animals you bring home to your family this season.  This is your chance to ask anything you wanted to know about butchering, storing, and cooking big game!

Shaw will be signing copies of his latest cookbook Buck, Buck, Moose after the presentation.
